Chief Financial Officer

Qualification:

• CA/ICMA/ACCA Qualified

Experience:

• Overall 5-8 years of post-qualification experience
• Minimum 3 years in a Senior Management or similar position in a healthcare setup

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and costing
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed with the latest ERP systems and experience in working with comprehensive financial modules

Chief of Nursing Services

Qualification:

• MSCN or Post RN BSCN
• Diploma in Cardiac Nursing (DIP Card) will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Nursing Administration, Leadership, and Teaching

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the nursing staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills to enhance patient care quality

Certificates/Licenses:

• Valid PNC license
• BLS and ACLS Certified

Manager Marketing & Outreach Network

Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Management from a reputable university

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the healthcare sector

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, business development, and corporate relationship management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
