VACANT POSITIONS

Applications are invited for the following positions on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance:

Position: System Operator (PCO)

  • Number of Posts: 27

  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 35 years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board

    • Diploma/Certificate in Networking, MS Office, and basic computer skills preferred

    • Candidates must pass a test in MS Office, Database, Networking, Hardware & Software applications, along with a typing test (minimum 25 W.P.M)

  • Salary Package: Fixed lump sum pay

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore is a private organization. All positions are purely on a contract basis for one year.

  • Candidates have no right to claim regularization of their services.

  • Selected candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in Punjab jails or as decided by the Competent Authority.

  • Preference will be given to local district candidates for postings in their respective cities.

  • Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.

  • Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each position.

  • The post name and location must be clearly mentioned on the front of the envelope.

Application Procedure:

Candidates shall submit a duly filled Application Form along with the following documents:

  • Attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational & experience certificates

  • Two recent passport-size photographs

Important Notes:

  • Incomplete applications or those received after office hours on 08-04-2025 will not be entertained.

  • If a large number of candidates qualify, a test will be conducted.

  • Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore reserves the right to determine threshold marks/ratios for interviews.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

  • The department reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the recruitment process without providing any reason.

  • The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice.
