Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following vacant posts in the Supreme Court of Pakistan through Open Testing Service-Pakistan (OTS). Appointments shall be made purely on merit, regional, and quota basis. Candidates possessing the requisite qualification, age, experience, and domicile of the respective province are eligible to apply.

1. Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)

  • Age Limit: 28 years

  • Number of Posts: 13

  • Qualification/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Shorthand speed: 110 words per minute (wpm)

    • Typing speed: 40 wpm

    • Proficiency in MS Office

    • Mode of Appointment: Regular basis

  • Quota-wise Distribution:

    • Punjab/Islamabad (Open Merit): 6

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Age relaxation will be granted as per Establishment Division's instructions (O.M No. 9:291-R-5 dated 24/6/2010). A 5-year general relaxation in age is admissible.

  • Government servants must provide NOC from their department at the time of the interview.

  • Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  • Original documents must be presented during the interview. False or incorrect information will result in disqualification.

  • The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel any/all vacancies without assigning a reason.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
