Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the Department of Registration and Student affairs.
- To provide Student Support Services and facilitate the departments in academic awards
- To maintain the Student Registration and Institution Portal, and to provide unique ID to each student to keep track of his academic progress from admission to award of degree.

Qualification and Experience:
- 16 Years of Education from HEC Recognized University, preferably in the subject of Information Technology.

Assistant Registrar (Student Affairs) |
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Deputy Registrar in managing the Student Office and regulate its activities.
- To provide Student Support Services and facilitate the departments in academic awards
- To provide customer care services under One Window to the students.

Qualification and Experience:
- 16 Years of Education from HEC Recognized University, preferably in the subject of Information Technology, English or Mass Communication.
- At least 05 Years of working experience of student counselling and grievance handling (Relaxable in exceptional cases).

Assistant Registrar (Academics) |
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Deputy Registrar (Academic) in managing the Academic Section of the Registrar office.
- To coordinate with Conveners of various academic and statutory/ non statutory bodies in making arrangements for the meetings including conduct and developing proceedings.
- To maintain the record of proceedings of various bodies and notify the proceedings for further necessary action.
- To coordinate with the departments regarding timely conduct of meetings of various bodies.

Executive Assistant Rector |
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Rector in day to day affairs
- To assist the Rector in preparation of Presentations/ Briefings for various bodies
- To run the office of the Rector smoothly and maintain the liaison with other offices of the University

- Meeting Deadlines and handling pressure.

Qualification and Experience:
- 16 Years of Education from HEC Recognized University, preferably in the subject of Mass Communication or Business Management.
