The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE), working under the Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC), registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, is a semi-government organization. BOM-SIE invites applications for the following positions at its office located in Sundar Industrial Estate:

1. Assistant Manager (CETP) – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or relevant field from HEC-recognized university.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in designing, installation, commissioning & operations of wastewater treatment plants (ETP, STP).

  • Strong knowledge of primary, secondary & tertiary wastewater treatment.

  • Capability to independently handle and manage all CETP operations.

Age: Minimum 30 years

2. Assistant Manager (HSE) – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences or relevant field from HEC-recognized university.

  • Master’s degree and NEBOSH or other HSE-related certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of implementing HSE policies, safety programs & plans.

  • Skills in hazard prevention, emergency disaster preparedness, and contingency planning.

Age: Minimum 30 years

3. Account Officer – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Graduation in Accounts/Finance or a relevant field (Master’s preferred) from HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 25 years

4. Junior Engineer (Electrical) – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field from HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 22 years

5. Assistant Officer (Procurement) – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Graduation in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of procurement software, PPRA rules & regulations preferred.

Age: Minimum 22 years

6. Rescue Coordinator – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Matric / DAE or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years (DAE or equivalent).

  • For Intermediate or lower qualification, minimum 5 years required.

Age: Minimum 20 years

7. Lab Technician (CETP) – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • DAE or equivalent with professional courses.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 20 years

8. Plumber – (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Matric with professional courses.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • For Middle education, minimum 3 years required.

Age: Minimum 20 years

9. HTV/LTV Drivers – (05 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle (Matric preferred) with valid HTV/LTV driving license.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 21 years

10. Security Guard – (06 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle (Matric preferred). Preference given to Ex-servicemen.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 18 years

11. Road Cleaner – (02 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle (Matric preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 18 years

12. Gardener – (02 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle (Matric preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 18 years

13. General Helper (Labour) – (02 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle (Matric preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Age: Minimum 18 years
