Sukkur IBA University invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented candidates for the following positions on a contract basis.

Last Date to Apply: 22nd October 2024

1. REGISTRAR (BPS-20)
Tenure: Three years (extendable based on performance)
Qualification: MBA/MA or equivalent qualification (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant administrative experience, with at least five years in a position equivalent to BPS-18 or above. Preference for candidates with experience in an educational institution.
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years

2. DIRECTOR - PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (P&D) (BPS-20)
Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering (preferably in 1st class) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above in a university, government department, or autonomous organization.
OR Masters in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university with 10 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years

3. DIRECTOR - WORKS & SERVICES (BPS-20)
Qualification:
Bachelors in Civil Engineering (preferably in 1st class) or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above in a university, government department, or autonomous organization.
OR Masters in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university with 10 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years

4. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (BPS-17)
Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance and/or Accounts, with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Budget in a government or semi-government institution. Preference for candidates with experience in an educational institution.
Age Limit: 30 years

5. ASSISTANT REGISTRAR - ADMIN (BPS-17)
Qualification: 16 years of education in any discipline with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration. Preference for candidates with experience in an educational institution.
Age Limit: 30 years

6. MEDICAL OFFICER (MALE) (BPS-17)
Qualification: MBBS or equivalent qualification from a PMDC recognized Medical University/College.
Experience: 1-year house job mandatory (preferably 6 months in Medicine and 6 months in Surgery/Casualty Department).
Age Limit: 28 years

7. GENERAL PHYSICIAN (FEMALE) (BPS-17)
Qualification: MBBS or equivalent qualification from a PMDC recognized Medical University/College.
Experience: 1-year house job mandatory (preferably 6 months in Medicine/Casualty Department and 6 months in Gynecology Department).
Age Limit: 28 years

8. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS OFFICER (BPS-16)
Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance and/or Accounts, with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Preference for candidates with relevant experience.
Age Limit: 28 years

GUIDELINES TO APPLY

• After submitting the application, candidates must download a system-generated challan for Rs. 2500/- (BPS-17 and above) or Rs. 1000/- (BPS-16 and below).
• The challan can be deposited in any branch of ABL Bank.
• Required documents, including degrees, CNIC, domicile, PRC, experience certificates, photograph, and deposited challan, must be uploaded online.
• Government employees must apply through proper channels with an NOC.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
• Age relaxation will be provided as per the Government of Sindh's notification.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any application or recruitment process without any reason.
