  • To supervise vendor management including performance evaluation and ongoing monitoring of OSP.

  • To manage centralized invoice processing of Outsourced Services Providers.
  • To maintain monthly expense monitoring (budget compliance).
  • To coordinate on matters related to the functions including Audit, Legal and grievance handling, etc.
  • To review and update Outsourcing Policy, SOPs & guidelines.
  • To maintain relevant database related to the function.
  • To carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor(s).
02 Position / Job Title Departmental Head— Tender (OG-1 / AVP)

Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's Degree and Procurement / Supply Chain Management related professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience Minimum 05 years relevant experience with at least 02 years experience of centralized
procurement function in a Procurement and / or Suppliers Management Department, either
in Financial Services Industry / leading MNC / conglomerate / public sector organization.

Responsibilities
  • To conduct procurement of goods and services. including but not limited to general items. office equipment, Generators, Air Conditioners etc. through tendering conforming Bank and PPRA Rules.
  • To ensure timely delivery through prioritizing and following strategies for quality control, cost efficiency (value for money), expense management, demand and supply management, spend management, category sourcing etc.
  • To review RFP / bidding document to ensure the overall quality and consistency of tender documents in collaboration with end user conforming with PPRA Rules.
  • To organize and facilitate meetings of various Committees for tender opening. technical evaluation. financial evaluation etc. in addition to coordinating between relevant
    departments on various formalities including but not limited to vendor related queries, LOI, LOA, NDA, PO, Contracts etc.
  • To ensure that all procurement related transactions are conducted in a transparent manner providing full and open competition, thus conforming to Bank's internal policies & procedures, regulatory requirements, PPRA Rules and other applicable laws.
  • To carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor(s).
03 Position / Job

Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on
discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and
other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
