Duties 1
Responsibilities |
- To review insurance policies for its adequacy of coverage.
- To review premium rates and negotiation with insurer to make it market compatible.
- To liaise with Regions / Branches 1 Groups at Head Office to compile sum insured, validity of data and calculation of premium.
- To prepare relevant memo(s) seeking approval of competent authority.
- To perform timely lodgment of claims and their follow ups with Regions / Branches for submission of documents.
- To arrange and follow-up meetings with surveyors to finalize surveyor's report.
- To arrange and follow-up meetings with insurer to ensure settlement of claims on timely basis.
- To prepare MIS for outstanding claims I rented premises temporary enhancements of coverage. etc.
- To apprise senior management with respect to status of claims and reasons for delay.
- To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

Responsibilities |
- To liaison with Tax Consultant for effective management of Taxation matters. like advance tax payments, return filing, appeal filing and follow up.
- To prepare payments of Provincial and Federal Sales Tax / Income Tax withholding and ensure error free payment and submission to the Tax authorities.
- To analyze the Tax data for filing of Tax statement.
- To maintain the Tax record.
- To execute e-filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statement under section 165 and 165A of ITO, 2001.
- To execute e-filing of Sales Tax returns of various revenue authorities.
- To assist Payroll Tax department in salary taxation.
- To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

- To manage the relevant process flows of the Bank from the respective stakeholders and Risk & Control Matrices.
- To develop remedial plans for the closure of gaps in coordination with the process owners.
- To rectify gaps identified by the external auditors by performing quality assurance.

Employment Type |
The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed
