01 Position/Job Title Lead Data Center Operations & Monitoring (VP / AVP)
  Reporting to Department Head - Data Center & NOC Support
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having data center certifications will be preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Data Center operations, management and monitoring.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To manage activities and staff supporting Data Centre facilities, supporting production and disaster recovery operations.
  • To supervise and manage data center monitoring systems to protect the data center, capture power usage, timely alarms. notifications, reports to end users, and to prepare and maintain support documentation, test plans for data center related tasks and activities.
  • To manage compliance with the data Center standards. policies, procedures/practices and guidelines in the Data Center, compile and maintain data center access and use policies and emergency response procedures.
  • To lead and contribute for data center related projects, operation & management including
    identification, troubleshoot data center issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
  • To manage 24/7 activities of respective IT teams in collaboration with network operations team, engineering and various other internal and external customers.
  • To oversee daily production tasks across multiple shifts and manage staff scheduling and operational responsibilities by providing round the clock support at data center locations.
  • To be responsible for extraction and review of country wide branches reports, alerts, logs, events of all servers and all nodes through network monitoring system.
  • To be responsible for consistent risk management, change management, monitoring. and incident response for data center related events.
  • To monitor data center capacities and create roadmaps to ensure proper capacity for future growth.
  • To keep record of accomplishment of continually assessing the progress of data center projects and pre-empting problems by identifying change requirements.
02 Position/Job Title Project Manager — Infrastructure Projects (VP / AVP)
  Reporting to Divisional Head - IT Infrastructure
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years IT experience out of which 3 years in IT systems. databases & network Infrastructure projects.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To facilitate teams in order to procure and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions and ensure that all projects are completed within the project timelines and budget.
  • To participate in capacity planning exercise and strategies for systems databases and network
    infrastructure projects with all technical teams.
  • To work with stakeholders to identify, investigate and analyze their needs and concerns, business processes, procedures and understand the environment in which they work.
  • To be responsible for oversight of designing. implementing and maintenance of enterprise-wide projects for related domain.
  • To provide technical expertise and guidance for project management and serve as an escalation resource for all technical needs.
  • To initialize and manage server and network infrastructure projects and coordinate with internal and external resources, third parties and vendors for their successful implementation to meet business objectives/goals.
  • To manage and ensure end-to-end projects delivery in multiple infrastructure and technology domains.
  • To assist the team leads in managing procurement process of IT systems, databases and network infrastructure projects through drafting of RFPs, evaluation of proposals and responding to queries with the relevant teams.
  • To establish Work Breakdown Structure and plans for the projects.
  • To ensure adequate and proactive issue escalation in those instances where there is a significant impact.
  • To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
  • To keep record of accomplishment of continually assessing the progress of a project and pre-empting problems by identifying change requirements.
  • To prepare consolidated projects and BAU tracking sheet for further periodic status tracking.
03 Position/Job Title Manager — Coordination & Training (OG-I / 0G-11)
  Reporting to Wing Head - IT Administration
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years experience in relevant area.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Proficient with Excel. PowerPoint, Google forms. MS email exchange and other MS Office tools.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • Communicate efficiently with employees, ensuring their needs are met.
  • To coordinate with employees at IT department regarding their training need assessment and
    arranging trainings accordingly.
  • To manage various administrative matters pertaining to technology department and its staff.
  • To coordinate on staff matters of varying degrees.
  • To coordinate and arrange hiring interviews.
  • To coordinate with other departments / functions as necessary.
  • To coordinate and follow up with relevant departments for compilation of information for onward submission to management and concerned quarters.
  • To prepare informational dashboards and trackers in order to present information to management for effective monitoring, tracking and improved services, as and when required.
  • Safe keeping of records of all information / data / reports.
04 Position/Job Title Software Developer (00-I / 0G-11)
  Reporting to Development Manager / WH CBA Development
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years applications software development experience in financial / non-financial banking applications and possessing experience in some of the following:
- Java / J2EE / Spring MVC / Web-based applications
- C++ / 00P concepts
- Eclipse / Net Beans
- Tomcat / WebSphere / Glassfish
- DotNet/ C Sharp / Visual Studio (3.5 and above)
- Oracle / SQL server / JDBC / RDBMS concepts
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product design.
  • To develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify the logic in existing applications.
  • To perform coding, testing, debug fixing, documenting, implementing and maintaining software applications.
  • To provide application support for software already in production.
  • To test and integrate application components.
  • To write technical specifications and other forms of documentations.
  • To develop software test plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • To provide application software development services or technical support.
  • To ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
  • To make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
05 Position/Job Title Project Coordinator —Infrastructure Projects (00-I)
  Reporting to Divisional Head - IT Infrastructure
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years IT experience out of which 2 years in IT Infrastructure projects.
