BASIC QUALIFICATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Application Submission:

    • Complete applications, along with a detailed C.V. (duly filled), attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates, three recent photographs, domicile, National Identity Card, Matriculation and F.Sc. certificates, MBBS DMC Degree, Postgraduate Degree, valid PMDC registration certificate, experience certificate, and copies of qualifications and publications, must be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600 by 27-03-2025 (01:00 P.M.).

    • Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  2. Government Employees:

    • Persons already in Government service should apply through the proper channel and obtain clearance from their parent department.

  3. Selection Criteria:

    • Selection will be based on merit as per the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute Rules & Regulations.

  4. Age Relaxation:

    • Age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government rules.

  5. Application Form & Fee:

    • The application form can be downloaded from the official website: www.skzmdc.edu.pk.

    • A processing & application fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be submitted through an online Intra Bank Transaction in favor of Dean FPGMI, Lahore (Branch Code: 1707), Account No.: 3154820902, National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.

    • Forms can also be obtained from the Accounts Section of the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute upon payment of Rs. 2,000/- (during duty hours).

  6. Late Applications:

    • Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

    • A separate application must be submitted for each post applied for.

  7. Vacancy Adjustment:

    • The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased, redistributed, or reallocated by the competent authority without prior notice.

  8. Interview Details:

    • The date and place of the interview will be communicated via courier.

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

  9. No TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for the interview or first joining.
