Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens on the prescribed forms available for download from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar website for the following regular position:

1. Treasurer (BPS-20) (01 Post) (Regular)

Qualification & Experience:

  • First division degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration (Specialization in Finance) or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university/DAI

  • OR Member PIPFA (FPA)

  • 17 years of experience in financial management/accounts in a University, Government Department, or recognized Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent or above.

General Instructions:

1. Application Submission Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application form:

  • Attested photocopies of verified educational testimonials (verified by HEC)

  • Experience certificate(s) issued by the Competent Authority

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) in case of in-service personnel, issued by the Competent Authority

  • Recent passport-size photograph

  • Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) & IBCC Islamabad.

  • Applicants with local qualifications relevant to the advertised subject must submit an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, Islamabad.

  • The result declaration date mentioned on the degree will be considered the date of educational qualification completion against the closing date of the advertisement.

  • Eligibility is governed by the relevant Statutes, Regulations, & Rules of the post.

  • Information provided in the application form will be treated as final. Any subsequent claims of experience not mentioned in the application form will not be considered.

2. Application Processing Fee:

  • A non-refundable bank receipt of Rs. 5000/- (for BPS-20) must be deposited in Account No. 247136012 in UBL MCA.

  • Applicants from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Gilgit Baltistan must submit a Bank Draft in the name of the Vice-Chancellor, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar.

  • Payment must be completed on or before the closing date. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be considered.

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned departments/institutes along with their application form.

  • Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall not be entertained.

  • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

4. Selection Process & Interview:

  • No TA/DA shall be admissible for the interview.

  • Contact number and complete postal address must be provided in the application for test/demonstration/interview.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/demonstration/interview.

5. Submission Deadline:

Applicants must submit all required documents to the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings), Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Larama, Landay Sarak, Charsadda Road, Peshawar, on or before 30th April 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.

  • The method of appointment follows the Act/Statutes/Regulations/Rules of the University.

  • Any errors, if found, are subject to rectification by the University.

  • Both male & female candidates are eligible to apply; however, preference will be given to female candidates.

  • The University reserves the right to:

    • Increase or decrease the number of posts

    • Not fill any post

    • Reject any application without justification
