POSITIONS VACANT

Applications are invited on the prescribed application form from candidates domiciled in Sindh Province for the following positions at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS), Sakrand, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh.

Non-Teaching Positions

1. Registrar (BPS-20) (Tenure Post for Three Years)

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree with a minimum of Second Division (16 years or equivalent qualification) from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
  • Minimum 14 years of post-qualification relevant administrative experience in a university, government/semi-government organization, or at the national/international level in BPS-17 or equivalent or above.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of government rules and regulations.
  • Computer skills are mandatory.
  • No third division in academic career.
2. Controller of Examination (BPS-20)

Required Qualification & Experience:

Instructions:

  1. Application Form and Fee:

    • Download the prescribed application form from the SBBUVAS website: www.sbbuvas.edu.pk.
    • Submit a non-refundable demand draft of PKR 5,000 in favor of SBBUVAS Sakrand for the above posts.

  2. Submission Guidelines:

    • Candidates serving in government/semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
    • Submit the NOC along with the application.
    • Such incumbents must ensure proper relieving from their respective departments.

  3. Required Documents:

    • Complete application form.
    • CV.
    • Attested photocopies of CNIC, degrees, and certificates (from Matriculation onwards).

  4. Deadline:

    • Applications should reach the Office of the I/C Registrar, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Sakrand, on or before 15th January, 2025.

  5. General Notes:

    • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
    • Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate application forms for each post along with the required documents.
    • The University reserves the right to:
      • Cancel the advertisement in part or whole.
      • Increase or decrease the number of posts.
      • Withhold appointments or interviews without assigning any reason.
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/interview.
    • Canvassing or influencing university staff in any manner will result in disqualification.
    • The University’s decisions are final and binding.
    • Applying for a post does not guarantee selection; the complete process must be followed.
