Matriculation Category Screening Test for Posts (BPS-05 to BPS-15)

The Government of Sindh intends to fill vacant posts in BPS-05 to BPS-15 that require a matriculation qualification as per Recruitment Rules in all departments. The initial screening tests will be conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) based on the following criteria, approved by the Provincial Cabinet on 24-12-2019:

The cut-off percentage for passing the test shall be 40%.
The test result shall be valid for three (03) years.
Interviews will be conducted by the concerned Departmental Selection Committees as specified under Rule-5 (1) of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1974, inserted via Notification No. SORI(SGA&CD) 3-76/2019, dated 03-03-2020.
The tests shall be conducted at divisional headquarters.
Age requirements: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years (as of the closing date of applications).

Domicile Requirement: Interested candidates having Sindh Province domicile may submit online applications through the STS portal: http://apply.stanetek.
Required Documents: Candidates must upload the following original scanned documents:
- Last Degree (not below the required qualification)
- CNIC
- Domicile & PRC-D
- Recent photograph
- Candidates with disabilities must upload a CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
Application Fee: After completing the online application, candidates must download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable). The fee can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd. branch, via the MyABL app, or through 1Bill reference number using internet banking portals of any 1Bill-linked bank.
False Information: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in the rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.
Age Relaxation: General age relaxation shall be applicable as per the Government of Sindh rules.
Quota System: Quotas for women, disabled persons, minorities, and transgenders shall be followed per the Government of Sindh's laws, rules, and policies.
No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) shall be provided for appearing in the test.
Previously Applied Candidates: Eligible candidates who previously applied under the Matriculation Category (as announced in leading newspapers on October 31, 2021) do not need to reapply. Their applications will be automatically considered.
Test & Result Notifications: The date, time, and venue will be notified later through SMS alerts. Additionally, all updates and notifications regarding test dates, admit slips, result announcements, or any other relevant information will be available on the STS website/portal. Candidates must visit the portal regularly.
Deadline for Applications: The last date to apply online is April 8, 2025.
