Terms & Conditions

  1. Non-Transferable: The positions are non-transferable, and recruitment is on a contract basis.
  2. Contract Details: After a six-month probationary period and positive feedback, a three-year contract may be issued, renewable annually.
  3. Salary: Attractive salary packages, competitive with market standards.
  4. Shortlisting and Interviews:
    • No TA/DA for test/demo or interviews.
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests, demos, and interviews.

Qualification Requirements and Age Limits for Each Position

1. Senior Teacher (English), Senior Teacher (Urdu), Senior Teacher (Computer Science)

  • Qualifications: M.Phil/MS/MA/BS in relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in the highest degree.
  • Additional Requirements: B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred), minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Age Limit: 30-45 years.

2. Junior Teacher (English), Junior Teacher (Urdu)

  • Qualifications: MS/MA/BS in relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in the highest degree.
  • Additional Requirements: B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred), minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.

3. Montessori Teacher

  • Qualifications: MS/MA/BS in relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in the highest degree.
  • Additional Requirements: Montessori or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) diploma preferred, minimum of 1 year of Montessori teaching experience.
  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.

4. Montessori Assistant Teacher

  • Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent in a relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in the highest degree.
  • Additional Requirements: B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred), minimum of 1-year experience in Montessori-level teaching.
  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.
