Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Candidates holding a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
At least 3 years of experience in relationship management within Corporate and/or Commercial Banking, Risk Management, or Investment Banking.
Strong analytical, credit evaluation, and structuring skills.
In-depth knowledge of corporate and investment banking products and services.
Excellent relationship management skills and experience in credit-related activities.
Understanding of the local and regional corporate client landscape and regulatory environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling capabilities.
Assist the Unit Head (GOPSA North) in executing the business strategy and achieving set business targets.
Originate and manage corporate banking relationships, ensuring portfolio growth and asset quality maintenance.
Analyze customer needs, explore cross-sell opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance the bank’s wallet share.
Monitor portfolio performance, account profitability, and manage client expectations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product partners, risk teams, and support functions to deliver seamless client service.
Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including asset book growth, revenue generation, and product cross-sell targets (FX, Trade Finance, etc.).
Prepare high-quality credit proposals and ensure adherence to internal policies and SBP prudential regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, including business call reports, facility letters, and sanction advices.
Ensure implementation of internal and external audit recommendations and compliance with control standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Perform any other task or assignment delegated by supervisors.
Type: Contractual (initially for 3 years, renewable at management’s discretion)
