Qualifications

  • Master’s/MBA degree (Local/International) in HRM from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus.
  • Prior understanding of academia will be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of managerial or senior-level experience in Human Capital Management.
  • Expertise in HCM Operations, data analytics, labor/employment laws.
  • Preferred: SAP HCM knowledge, SHRM/CIPD certification.
  • Familiarity with compliance and labor laws related to the HR industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement organization-wide HR strategy.
  2. Design and enforce HR policies.
  3. Supervise payroll and benefits management (e.g., EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful).
  4. Oversee HR operations across multiple sites.
  5. Manage and update employee master data in SAP HCM.
  6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and audits.
  7. Maintain digital employee files in SAP HCM.
  8. Manage HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori, employee portals, performance management systems).
  9. Prepare and monitor the organization-wide HR budget.
  10. Standardize KPIs and evaluate key HR metrics for performance monitoring.
  11. Address employee queries regarding compensation and labor regulations.
