Qualifications
- Master’s/MBA degree (Local/International) in HRM from an HEC-recognized institute.
- SAP HCM experience is a plus.
- Prior understanding of academia will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of managerial or senior-level experience in Human Capital Management.
- Expertise in HCM Operations, data analytics, labor/employment laws.
- Preferred: SAP HCM knowledge, SHRM/CIPD certification.
- Familiarity with compliance and labor laws related to the HR industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organization-wide HR strategy.
- Design and enforce HR policies.
- Supervise payroll and benefits management (e.g., EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful).
- Oversee HR operations across multiple sites.
- Manage and update employee master data in SAP HCM.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and audits.
- Maintain digital employee files in SAP HCM.
- Manage HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori, employee portals, performance management systems).
- Prepare and monitor the organization-wide HR budget.
- Standardize KPIs and evaluate key HR metrics for performance monitoring.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation and labor regulations.
