The Govt. of the Punjab is implementing the GPE funded Taleem Programme_ For the implementation of the programme. a Taleem Cell has been established at PMIU-PESRP, which will house specialists tasked with design, implementation and monitoring of activities under the programme.

Under this programme, PMIU invites experienced candidates having relevant experience/qualification from recognized universities to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested candidates should provide information indication that they are qualified to perform the below mentioned services

Qualifications
  • At least, Master's degree of equivalent (Sixteen (16) years of education) in Development Studies/ Business/ Economic Development/ Public Administration/ MBBS/ B.Sc. Engineering or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university. duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
  • Project Management professional (PMP) or any other relevant certification, shall be accorded due weightage.
Experience
  • At least, five (05) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in education.
  • Must have team building and organizational development understanding.
  • Due weightage shall be accorded to:
    • Prior Knowledge of existing district systems being used across the province.
    • Comprehensive understanding of pedagogical approaches relevant to elementary schools. Middle schools and field experience of public schooling systems in Punjab
    • Familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedure.
