The Council of Islamic Ideology, Islamabad, invites applications from Pakistani citizens for the following vacant positions:

1 Research Officer (Arabic) BPS-17 01 24–35 years Master's degree in Arabic from a recognized university. 3 years of experience in research and translation. Preference will be given to those with knowledge of Fiqh.
2 Research Officer (Science & Technology) BPS-17 01 24–35 years Master's in any science field or equivalent with a second division. Preference for candidates with science and technology background.
3 Assistant Private Secretary BPS-16 01 22–30 years Graduate from a recognized university. Shorthand and typing skills required. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory. Must complete the Basic IT Course from NITB within one year of appointment.
4 Assistant BPS-15 02 18–25 years Graduate with a minimum of 2nd division. Basic computer knowledge essential. Typing test will be conducted.
5 Stenotypist BPS-14 01 18–30 years Intermediate with shorthand and typing speed. Knowledge of MS Office required.
6 Driver BPS-04 01 18–30 years Valid driving license and good knowledge of traffic rules. Primary pass.
7 Naib Qasid BPS-01 04 18–30 years Primary pass. Preferably experienced.
8 Sanitary Worker BPS-01 01 18–30 years Primary pass. Experienced preferred.

Instructions & Terms

  1. Application Form: Submit applications on the prescribed form within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement, along with a copy of CNIC and two recent passport-sized photos.

  2. Application Form Availability: Forms can be downloaded from the official website of the Council of Islamic Ideology: www.cii.gov.pk

  3. Documents: There is no need to attach educational degrees or certificates with the application at this stage.

  4. One Post per Form: Separate application forms must be submitted for each post applied.

  5. Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel and provide NOC at the time of the interview, or they will not be considered.

  6. Age Relaxation: A general upper age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit.

  7. Special Age Relaxation: Additional age relaxation will be provided as per government rules for candidates from scheduled castes, Buddhist community, tribal areas, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, retired armed forces personnel, government employees with two years of service, disabled persons, and families of deceased civil servants who passed away during service.

  8. Incomplete/late applications will not be considered.

  9. Right to Reject: The organization reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reason.

  10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

  11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  12. The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or postpone recruitment without assigning any reason.
