Terms and Conditions

Note: Candidates are required to achieve 33 marks for passing the written test

  1. Candidates will be allowed to participate in the physical/screening test temporarily although the relevant authority will carry out the verification of the concerned candidate and if they find the candidate unfit for the role he will be disqualified.
  2. Only short-listed candidates will be forwarded the interview call letter
  3. Compulsory physical fitness test
    1. Male candidate must have height 5 feet and 6 inch, chest 33, candidate must cover 1 mile run in 7 minutes.
    2. Female candidate to be have height 5 feet and 2 inches, candidate must cover 1 mile run in 9 minutes
  1. Candidate after being approved by selection committee will undergo medical examination from Police and Services hospital Peshawar and provide medical fitness certificate.
  2. Candidate who are medically fit will have to undergo 6 months compulsory training according to terms and conditions and have to pass all academy examinations.
  3. Selected candidates will have provide attested educational certificates, experience certificates and police clearance certificate at all costs.
  4. All selection of candidates will be carried out on purely merit basis
  5. Selected candidates will have to deposit guarantee bonds on stamp paper worth 100 rupees dully signed by oath commissioner under rescue terms.
  6. All marks obtained by written test will only be used for screening process. These marks will not be included in interview/aggregate
  7. All candidates are required to achieve minimum 33 marks(passing marks) in written exam otherwise candidate will be considered failed
  8. All candidate must be eligible until the last date for their job application
  9. Incomplete job applications passing due date will not considered
  10. Upper age limit relaxation will be provided according to government terms and conditions
  11. Government/semi employee candidates apply after approval their senior management
  12. Candidates applying for more than one job position will have to apply separately for job application and submit application fee
  13. Relevant authority reserves all the rights to reject or approve candidate application
  14. No TA/DA will be provided for physical test/written test
  15. Foreign degree qualification will have to proven by getting HEC(higher education commission) equivalence  certificate.
  16. The number of job vacancies can be reduced or increased due to possibility of errors

How to apply for application

  1. Interested candidates who whish to apply first go to www.etea.edu.pk and see all job posts and apply online.
  2. After applying online, UBL online deposit slip (including token number, project code and candidate personal information) will be generated.
  3. Applicants are required to deposit nonrefundable 650 rupees along with deposit slip in any UBL bank brank or at UBL omni agent.
  4. After submitting job application fee applicants should keep original deposit clip and applicant copy at safe place and should not share with anyone.
  5. After submitting online application, do not send your documents to ETEA office although applicants might be inquired about their documents at any stage
  6. Application form are available online at www.etea.edu.pk
  7. Candidates will be informed by ETEA through SMS service to download their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk and print them.
  8. Candidates are informed that not to provide converted/changed network number.
  9. Test time and venue details will be provided on roll number lip
  10. Candidates will not be called for screening test through any special mail/courier service for their interview call letter.

Important Instructions

  1. During online application process candidates are requested to keep their important documents and passport size photograph(soft copy) along with them
  2. Please carefully read and go through all the important instructions before completing your application online
  3. ETEA will verify the application fee at any stage during the application process and if applicant fees is not approved he will not be considered for approval
  4. Fees deposited on other than applicant CNIC will not be approved
  5. Educational qualification/degree/experience not provided during applicant online application will not be considered
  6. Keep you bank receipt with you at safe place and do not share with anyone
  7. All those applicants who have completed online job application form but have not provided accurate and valid information will not only be rejected but strict action will be taken against them.
