Qualifications:
- PhD (preferably in Education, Administration, Management, or Planning) with 10 years of teaching or administrative experience at a high level (equivalent to BPS-18 or above) in a university or educational department. OR
- MS/M.Phil (or equivalent) preferably in Education, Administration, Management, or Planning, with 16 years of teaching or administrative experience at a high level (equivalent to BPS-17 or above) in a university or educational department.
