Position: Regional Maintenance Officer

Job Summary:
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Officer to oversee and coordinate the quality execution of repair, maintenance, and renovation works for schools. The incumbent will be responsible for managing records, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with TCF's policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and ensure the timely and quality execution of repair, maintenance, and renovation works for schools.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with TCF’s policies, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required:
    • Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE), B-tech Pass/B-tech Honors.
    • At least 5 years of experience in building construction sites or a similar field.
    • Retired Subedar from the Engineer Corps is encouraged to apply.
