CAREER OPPORTUNITY

The Bank of Khyber is looking for a highly capable and goal-driven professional to join as Regional Head Recovery (Punjab). This role offers a remarkable opportunity to work within the Remedial Asset Management Group of a leading financial institution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:
    • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution.
    • Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.
  • Experience:
    • 12 years of overall banking experience with at least 3 years of senior-level experience in Corporate Debt Recovery or Collection.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in recovering large and stuck NPL portfolios.
  • Age Limit: Governed by the Bank’s HR policy.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve assigned recovery targets to support the Bank’s financial goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and action plans for improved collections and recovery outcomes.
  3. Continuously evaluate and monitor the performance of delinquent and aged accounts.

Location & Compensation:

  • Job Location: Lahore.
  • A market-competitive remuneration package will be offered.
