Position: Regional Business Head (Branch Banking Division)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Business Head will be responsible for achieving liability and cross-sell targets while effectively managing the branches and units under their command. The role ensures compliance with operational risk management policies and ensures that the team adheres to Sharia-compliant practices.

  • The incumbent will be responsible for achieving CA, SA, and total deposit targets (PE & Average), as well as other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region. This will be accomplished by developing and implementing strategies for each branch and individual sales staff within the region.

  • The role requires overseeing the productivity of reporting staff and enforcing compliance with operational risk management policies, continuously enhancing customer service quality by improving existing processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university or a foreign university.

Age:

  • Up to 55 years as of April 27, 2025.

Experience:

  • At least 9 years of banking experience, with preference given to candidates who have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role.

Grade:

  • SVP/EVP-I

  • Karachi
