The job requires the deposit targets (PE achievement of CA, SA, and total Average along & cross functional targets the region on monthly basis by developing and implementing strategies in letter and spint down the line for each branch & individual sales staff of the region
The incumbent will be responsible to enhance/optimize the productivity of reporting staff at all levels & enforcement of compliance culture in branches with operational risk management polices & procedures and bringing quality to customer service by continually improving existing processes
To collaborate with business unds (Areas & Regions) in stengthening prospective customer identification and sales opportunities that enhance deposit mobilization and customer management
