Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Responsibilities:
- Develop branch business through substantial increases in sound lending, deposits, and outreach expansion.
- Supervise a branch network of 15 to 25 branches.
- Implement the bank's credit and business policies.
- Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and other business targets for the region.
- Provide leadership for branch business development and target attainment in disbursement, recovery/NPL, and deposits.
- Maintain liaison with agriculture stakeholders, including farmers, organizations, agriculture departments, research institutes, and suppliers of agricultural inputs and machinery.
- Represent the bank at business seminars and conferences.
- Ensure financial efficiency and profitability of branches.
- Identify opportunities for opening and relocating branches.
- Ensure compliance with SBP/Bank rules and regulations, including AML/CFT/KYC parameters.
- Implement quality assurance standards in branches.
- Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Position: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP) - Across Pakistan, Including AJK and GB
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
- At least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
- Candidates must specify 3 preferred cities/towns for placement, including one in which they have previously been posted.
Qualification:

- Dual nationality holders are ineligible.
