Professional
Qualification		 Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Master's degree would be preferred.
Experience Minimum03 years of relevant experience with a reputed Brokerage House /
Asset Management / Bank / Financial Institution (DFI).
Other Skills /
Expertise/ Knowledge
Required		 Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
Good understanding of business and financial acumen.
Good communication skills.
Good analytical skills_
Good team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
Well conversant with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Outline of Main Duties
/ Responsibilities		 To conduct trading activities and generate targeted income while managing risks
within defined parameters.
To coordinate with market research analysts and sales desk.
To coordinate with operations, control & compliance functions in order to ensure
appropriate governance and monitoring of trading activities_
To adhere with a culture of responsibility, financial integrity, good governance,
expense discipline and ethics.
To keep track of economic fundamentals and macroeconomic indicators.
To maintain relevant comprehensive MIS for Rates Trading.
To provide technical analysis and quote competitive rates to Fl sales team.
To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test /
Interview (s)		 Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility
criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview (s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed
on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation
package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
