Qualification & Experience
Auditing and Advanced Accounting:
Required Qualification: B.Com with specialization in Auditing and Advanced Accounting OR A or B.Sc from a recognized University.
Experience: 1 year in a reputable Department/Corporation/Autonomous organization.
Training: Must include MS Office skills.
Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Technology:
Required Qualification: From any recognized Government institution.
Age Limit: 18-23 years (including general relaxation).
Categories and Age Limits
Open Merit (Balochistan Local Domicile): 18-33 years
Employee Children Quota: 18-33 years
Instructions & General Conditions
Eligibility:

Candidates with Local/Domiciles of Balochistan are eligible.
Candidates with physical disabilities will not be considered for the post of ALM.
Women quota will not be observed for the post of ALM.
Recruitment Process:

Only candidates who have completed their Matriculation Certificate are eligible to apply.
Candidates within the prescribed age limit, who are Government Servants and have completed 2 years of continuous Government service, can apply through proper channels.
Up to 10 years age relaxation is allowed for these candidates.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test.
Special Quotas:

Positions vacant in QESCO's field formations across the province.
Employee Children Quota will be selected in order of merit fixed by QESCO (Child of deceased, retired, or currently employed QESCO Employee).
Candidates applying under Employee Children Quota must provide relevant documents (CNIC of father/mother, PPO Book, Non-Judicial Stamp paper, etc.).
Disqualification:

Candidates found with false information at any stage will be disqualified.
Those dismissed/screened out from any organization or with a criminal record are not eligible for employment in QESCO.
Application Submission:

Candidates must submit application forms duly filled in along with a test fee of Rs. 110 in favor of Career Testing Service Pakistan (CTSP).
Two recent passport size photographs should be submitted directly to CTSP through courier.
50% of the test fee (Rs. 55) will be borne by the candidate and 50% by QESCO.
General Instructions:

Mobile phones are not allowed in the test center.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
QESCO reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at the time of recruitment.
