SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill the following project post under the development project “Strengthening and Capacity Building of Wildlife Department for Conservation of Wildlife in Punjab” on a contract basis.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Estimation.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, BoQ development.

Application Instructions:

  1. The applications must reach the office of Director General, Wildlife & Parks Department, 2-Sanda Road, Lahore by registered post or courier service by 16-10-2024.
    By hand applications will not be entertained.
  2. The above positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
  3. The positions are Lahore-based, but may require travel to project sites.
  4. Applicants working in Government/Semi-Government Departments should apply through the proper channel along with a NOC from the competent authority.
  5. Applications must be submitted on Plain Paper and include the following documents:
    • Attested photocopies of academic records (degrees/certificates).
    • Experience certificates.
    • Computerized ID card.
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
  6. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  7. Recruitment/appointment will be made according to the relevant rules and policies until the Gestation Period of the Project.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test/interview through a separate letter/SMS/Call after detailed scrutiny of applications.
  9. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  10. All candidates must bring their original National Identity Card, educational certificates, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
  11. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any vacancy without providing a reason.
  12. Interviews may be canceled at any time. In case of a local holiday, the interview date will be communicated afresh.
