POSITION VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens for appointment to the following posts on a contractual/regular basis. Candidates possessing the required qualifications and experience may apply within the specified deadline:

1. Security Supervisor (BPS-14)

  • Type: Contract
  • Qualification/Experience:
    • Ex-Military personnel not below the rank of JCO.
    • Matriculation with at least 15 years of intelligence experience.
    • Additional intelligence qualifications are desirable and preferred.
  • Age Limit: 35-40 years

2. Assistant Security Supervisor (BPS-12)

  • Type: Contract
  • Qualification/Experience:
    • Ex-Military personnel not below the rank of Havildar.
    • Matriculation with at least 10 years of intelligence experience.
    • Additional intelligence qualifications are desirable and preferred.
  • Age Limit:
    • As per the rules, 15 years or the actual number of years served in the Armed Forces (whichever is less) will be relaxed.

3. Checker (BPS-07)

  • Type: Regular (Punjab Domicile)
  • Qualification/Experience:
    • Middle school education with at least 4 years of experience as a Checker in the transport department of a university, or government/semi-government organization.
  • Age Limit: 30 years

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Completed application forms, along with 2 attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, discharge certificate, educational testimonials, domicile, and CNIC, must reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin). Applicants must also submit a non-refundable Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 1,000 in favor of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. The fee can be paid at any bank or through bank challan at HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch.
  2. Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or downloaded from the university website (www.qau.edu.pk).
  3. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  4. Age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government rules.
  5. Queries can be addressed via email: aradministration@qau.edu.pk.
  6. Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Statutes.
  7. Selected candidates will be required to submit a fitness certificate from the University Medical Centre at QAU, Islamabad.
  8. The University reserves the right to reject any application or leave positions vacant without providing reasons.
  9. For regular appointments, decisions regarding pension benefits are subject to the ruling of the Syndicate.
  10. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions at any stage.
