Assistant Director Finance |
- Supervising, controlling and monitoring all finance and accounts activities.
- Timely recording of liabilities, Assets, Stock,
- receivables, cash and bank, income and expenses in G/L.
- Preparation of annual budgetfor the Hospital. financeiv. Responsible for supervision of all finance
- matters of other departments as assigned by the Director Finance. V. Contribute fully to the development of strategy across all areas of the hospital, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and hospital drivers. vi Ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
- Aging ofpayables and receivables.
- Clearance/adjustment of advances and recording the effect ofthe same in G/L.
- Maintaining proper Books of Accounts for all financial transaction and provident fund of employees that can be presentable to audit or for other govt agencies.
- Review of payment activities, necessai
- approvals on physical vouchers and verifications through A/P.
- Review of Cash/ Bank transactions and maintaining cash flows, bank reconciliation and budget expenditure report onmonthly basis.
- Facilitating the Income tax issues and discussions with legal consultants, auditors or any authorities whenever required.
- Resolving issues of adjustments.
- Any other task assigned by Director Finance.

- CA(Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist) / CMA (Finalist) with total experience of 5 year with 3 year experience on managerial post in a relevant role of finance / Accounts / auditing in a reputable organization.
- MBA(Finance)/M.com or equivalent degree in finance and accounts with total experience of 8 year with 4 year experience on managerial post in a relevant role of finance/ Accounts / auditing in a reputable organization.
- Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in govt hospitals , ERP implementation and strong knowledge of KPPRAand other Govt/ corporate rules.

- Must be registered "Grade A Nurse" with the Pakistan Nursing Council with current license to practice. Three years General Nursing Diploma Course and one year Midwifery Diploma Course from an approved. School of Nursing and Midwifery in Pakistan as equivalence to 14 years Schooling. Required to be computer literate & English Literate.

- Must be registered "Grade A Nurse" with the Pakistan Nursing Council with cuirent license to practice.
- Bachelor Degree in Generic Nursing (BSN) GPA 2.5 (Minimum) from an accredited Nursing Educational Institute (approved by Pakistan Nursing Council. 01-year internship for BSN Generic nurse only) in any recognized teaching institute/Hospital.
- Work experience will be an advantage. Required to be computer literate & English Literate

The post holder will take responsibility in; supervises all nursing activities, leading & managing the Nursing Team/s, unit/shift as ass' led, ens availability and maintenance of alligisu. supplies es and equipment in the unit, provides direct patient care and covers own caseload of patients and maintains own clinical competence. Is able to teach individuals /groups of staff in either formal' informal teaching settings |
- Must be registered "Grade A Nurse" with the Pakistan Nursing Council with current license to practice. Msc Nursing degree from any recognized institution with 03 years of experience as RN-11/Charge Nurse or equivalent position OR Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (i.e. BSN or Post RN BSC, Nursing) with 05 years of experiences as RN-II/Charge Nurse or equivalent position.
OR
BSN or Post RN BSC, Nursing with MPII/MSPHAVEBA or any other Master Degree equivalence to 16 Years of Schooling with 05 Years of Experience as RN-II/Charge Nurse or equivalent position.
