Technical services of following individuals, having expertise in safe/smart cities domain are required:

Master's degree in Information Technology. Business Administration, and must have Project Management Professional (PMP) 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic or Equlient in the relevant field 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equlient in the relevant field 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering. Information Technology, or Equlient in the relevant field 
Experience 
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least five year in senior IT management, or director level position, preferably in Law Enforcement Agency. 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data communications protocols. Hands-on experience on Huawei, cisco and other network devices. Sound practical experience on NGFW, IDS, IPS, EDR, NDR products. Certification in relevant domain will be considered as Plus point 
3-5 years of experience in Advance Linux Administration with HCI/virtualization. Hands-on experience on multi-flavor Linux environments. Practical exposure on latest cyber security tools 
2+ years of MERN stack development experience Proficiency in Mongo DB, Express js, React.js, Node js, and front-end technologies. Must have sound Knowledge about MERN Stack, REST ful APIs, Front-End Technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), Secure Development Practices, Problem-Solving, Git 
Terms and Conditions 
Candidates are required to submit complete documents including CNIC. Domicile, Educational documents, experience certificates in respective domain with cover letter, as mentioned in RFP, through E-PAD System (www.eprocure.gov.pk) as per following scheduled: 
Proposal Submission Date & Time: 27.02.2025 at 1100 hours. 
Technical Proposal Opening Date & Time: 27.02. 2025 at 1130 hours. 
• RFP may be downloaded free of cost from (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) EPADS. 
Late applications will be rejected without assigning any reason. 
Candidates must mention Name of the Post on the envelop. 
The appointment will be on contract basis, initially for 03 months, extendable with subject to satisfactory performance. 
• Concealment of facts and any direct or in direct influence for hiring may lead to cancellation of candidature, If any individual found ineligible will be disqualified at any stage of recruitment process. 
Safe City Islamabad reserve the rights to cancel hiring process at any stage as per rules.
