CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The Punjab Pension Fund (PPF) was established under the Punjab Pension Fund Act, 2007. As a corporate body, PPF manages the secure and profitable investment of the Government of Punjab’s pension reserve funds. To support its expanding operations, PPF is inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Chief Accounting Officer (01 Post)
- Required Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (ICAP) / Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAP) / Master’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
- Additional Relevant Professional Qualification:
- MPhil/PhD in Accounting & Finance / CFA.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including 3 years in Accounting/Finance/Audit at senior management levels in mutual funds, banks, modarabas, development finance institutions, or non-banking financial companies.
2. Risk Manager (01 Post)
- Required Qualification:
- Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Finance, Risk, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Additional Relevant Professional Qualification:
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in risk management, including at least 4 years in a managerial role within investment and fund management risk functions.
3. Compliance Officer (01 Post)
- Required Qualification:
- Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Additional Relevant Professional Qualification:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the financial services sector, including Asset Management Companies, Non-Banking Finance Companies, Commercial Banks, DFIs, or other investment funds in compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory affairs roles.
4. Research Analyst (03 Posts)
- Required Qualification:
- Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Additional Relevant Professional Qualification:
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Finance, Investment, Banking, or related fields, including at least 2 years in one of the following areas:
- Investment Research.
- Investment Portfolio Management.
- Credit Ratings / Credit Appraisals.

General Information:
- Contract Duration: 3 years (renewable based on performance).
- Age Limit:
- Chief Accounting Officer: Maximum 50 years.
- All other positions: Maximum 45 years (as of the application date).
