  1. F. Sc (Second Division) from a recognized Board having one or two year diploma in the relevant allied Health Sciences duly recognized by Punjab medical faculty.
  2. If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (Second division) with Science from a recognized board along with two years diploma in the relevant discipline from Punjab Medical Faculty.

CONDITIONS:-

  1. Model Pharmacy is a Private / Non-Government organization, However for pay purpose the Government scale will be followed.
  2. Candidates must be domiciled in any District of Punjab.
  3. Hand written / Computerized applications along with attested copies of all relevant educational qualifications, experience certificate, two latest passport size photographs, Domicile and National ID Card, self-addressed postal envelop must be attached with applications.
  4. Upper age relaxation is allowed as per government policy.
  5. Home Address, mobile number and E-mail 1.D will be entertained therefore it should be clearly mentioned on the applications.
  6. Short listed candidates will be called for interview through given address / telephone / message / email I.D.
  7. Recruitment will be made according to the prevalent policy of the government of the Punjab 2004.
  8. Model Pharmacy Management Committee reserves the right to change / cancel any published term / conditions which will not be challenged in any court of law.
  9. Employees of Model Pharmacy will not be considered as Government employees in any case and in future they will not force the authority for their regularization.
  10. The Candidates are advised to bring their original certificates/ documents at the time of interview.
  11. No TA/DA will be given for interview
  12. Incomplete applications in any expect will not be considered.
