PUNJAB HUMAN ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION AUTHORITY (PHOTA)

Applications are invited for appointments of candidates having domicile of Punjab province on the following posts, at Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority, Lahore for a period of 03 months, extendable up to another 03 months subject to good performance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Assistant Director:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT.
At least 10 years' experience in a Medical Institution.
Data Entry Operator:

Bachelor in Computer Sciences/Information Technology from a recognized institute OR Master in Computer Sciences/Information Technology from a recognized institute.
Typing speed of 35 WPM on MS Word.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a medical institution.
Electrician:

Matric with Science from a recognized board and DAE/Diploma in electrician course from a vocational institute or any other recognized institute.
One-year experience in the relevant field.
Plumber:

Matric or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
One-year experience in the relevant field.
Gardner/Mali:

Primary School Certificate.
Minimum 5 years experience in gardening.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Appointment will be made according to Contract Policy-2004 & Recruitment Policy-2022, Government of Punjab.
No extension in contract period shall be granted further after completion of six months contract period.
The educational Degree & Experience Certificates will be verified by the Authority (any expenditure in this regard will be borne by the candidate/employee). If any applicant manages to get appointment on forged/bogus documents or through deceit by any means, the appointment shall be considered void and they shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Authority and their appointment shall be cancelled immediately.
Applicants will send their applications on the proforma which can be downloaded from the website phota.punjab.gov.pk to the Diary Section at the Office of Director General/Administrator of PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore along with attested copies of the following mandatory documents:
Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)
All Education Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.
All the Experience Certificates till the date of applying.
National Identity Card.
Domicile.
3 Fresh Passport size color Photographs.
Valid driving license for the posts of drivers only.
The applicants who want to apply for more than one post, have to apply separately against each post along with complete documents.
Government servants should submit their applications through proper channel.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test.
The Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
Incomplete applications and documents will not be entertained.
Age relaxation has already been included in the upper age limit mentioned against each post.
No TA & DA will be allowed.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in offices of PHOTA across Punjab.
