Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) was established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 as a non-profit organization under the Government of Punjab. It aims to execute social health protection initiatives and demand-side financing schemes to achieve universal healthcare coverage in Punjab. PHIMC offers a unique opportunity for professionals to work in an excellent environment with the potential for professional growth. Applications are invited to fill the following positions at its Head Office in Lahore:


1. Director Health Insurance (01 Position)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Financing, Actuarial Sciences, Health Planning, Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC/PMDC-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in health insurance policy, planning, and design, as well as health insurance operations management within a public or private sector organization.

  • At least 2 years of experience as the Head of Department or Functional Head.

Age Limit: Not more than 62 years on the last date of application submission.


2. Manager Positions

Manager Empanelment (01 Position)
Manager Enrolment (01 Position)
Manager Internal Audit (01 Position)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Law (LLB), Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the public or private sector.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in handling databases, hospital operations, or working with public sector organizations.

Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of application submission.


3. Deputy Manager Positions

Deputy Manager Pre-Audit (01 Position)
Deputy Manager Health Initiative (01 Position)

Qualification & Experience:

  • CA Inter/ACCA/MBA Finance with a specialization in Finance, Public Administration, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, including articles from a reputed Chartered Accountant firm.

Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of application submission.


4. Assistant Manager Positions

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB), Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Social Sciences from an HEC/PMDC-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fresh law graduates are encouraged to apply for the Assistant Manager Legal position.

Age Limit: Not more than 40-55 years (varies by position) on the last date of application submission.


5. Network/System Executive (01 Position)

Qualification & Experience:

  • 16 years of formal education with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years on the last date of application submission.
