An autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, providing free education to approximately 3 million children across the province. PEF invites applications from ambitious and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Deputy Managing Director - Financial Control & Risk Management (DMD-FCRM)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 40-55 Years
Educational Qualification:
Option 1: CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA (Finance)/BBA (Hons.) Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
Option 2: If other professional qualifications:
At least 15 years of total experience including 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, corporate planning, fund management, and analysis of financial statements.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 15 years, with 7 years post-qualification experience (or 10 years for non-CA/ACCA professionals).
Proficiency in financial management, fund management, internal/external reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Expertise in MS Office and handling computerized accounting software.
2. Director (IT)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 35-50 Years
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree or 4-year Graduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
At least 12 years of total experience, including 7 years post-qualification.
Proven expertise in planning, managing, and administering IT departments and projects.
3. Project Director
No. of Posts: 2
Age Limit: Up to 50 Years
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Management, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience, with 7 years at leadership/management level.
Experience in organizational planning, management, administration, and capacity building.
Preference for candidates with:
Work experience in Government Agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donors.
Knowledge of Pakistan’s education sector.
