Punjab Education Foundation (PEF)
An autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, providing free education to approximately 3 million children across the province. PEF invites applications from ambitious and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Deputy Managing Director - Financial Control & Risk Management (DMD-FCRM)

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: 40-55 Years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Option 1: CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA (Finance)/BBA (Hons.) Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Option 2: If other professional qualifications:
      • At least 15 years of total experience including 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, corporate planning, fund management, and analysis of financial statements.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 15 years, with 7 years post-qualification experience (or 10 years for non-CA/ACCA professionals).
    • Proficiency in financial management, fund management, internal/external reporting.
    • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
    • Expertise in MS Office and handling computerized accounting software.

2. Director (IT)

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: 35-50 Years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s degree or 4-year Graduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • At least 12 years of total experience, including 7 years post-qualification.
    • Proven expertise in planning, managing, and administering IT departments and projects.

3. Project Director

  • No. of Posts: 2
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 Years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Management, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 12 years of experience, with 7 years at leadership/management level.
    • Experience in organizational planning, management, administration, and capacity building.
    • Preference for candidates with:
      • Work experience in Government Agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donors.
      • Knowledge of Pakistan’s education sector.
