Financial reporting, bank affairs, treasury management, audit compliance & control, and secretarial practices.

Proficiency in IFRS, Company Law, Taxation, and Corporate Governance Framework.

Expertise in strategic financial budgeting, forecasting & financial management, COSO framework, and ERP systems.

Ability to develop financial models for planning and forecasting.

Strong business/project finance acumen and analytical skills.

In-depth knowledge of Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013.

Comprehensive understanding of companies' laws, regulations, and applicable rules.

Manager Finance

Qualification & Experience:

Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR MBA in Accounting/Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in a public sector organization.

Maximum Age: 40 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of financial and feasibility reports.

Experience with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Bank affairs, treasury management, and audit compliance & control.

Ability to manage multitasking efficiently.
