A Public Sector Organization is seeking highly professional candidates for the following positions:

1. Chief Financial Officer

• Age Limit: 45 Years

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years of relevant experience, in case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more; OR

  • A person holding a Master's degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of relevant experience, in case of other Public Sector Companies.

2. Chief Internal Auditor

• Age Limit: 45 Years

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA, or an MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international university/institute.

  • A minimum of five years of documented relevant experience in auditing, risk management, designing internal control procedures, and ensuring financial compliance, particularly in SOEs or public sector projects.

3. Manager (Projects)

• Age Limit: 40 Years

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding a First Class Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Development Administration/Studies.

  • A minimum of five years of management-level experience is required.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in project planning and management.

4. Manager (Ease of Doing Business)

• Age Limit: 35 Years

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding a First Class Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Development Studies.

5. Management Associate

• Age Limit: 35 Years

• Number of Posts: 02

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding a First Class Master's degree or a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Development Administration/Studies.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a related field, such as business development, investment promotion, or regulatory reform.

6. Research Associate

• Age Limit: 35 Years

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding a First Class Master's degree or a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ACCA, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Place of Posting: Quetta
