CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

A public sector company, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is seeking self-motivated and well-groomed individuals for the following positions to work in a supportive and challenging environment in Lahore.

1. Manager - MIS

Position: 01

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a strong academic performance.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in performing tasks mentioned in the job requirements.

Job Requirements:

The Manager - MIS will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficient data collection, storage, backup, and retrieval.

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

  • Maintain data integrity and system performance.

  • Liaise with external vendors and IT service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.

  • Assess new and emerging technologies to determine their application to the program, accounting, finance systems, and other enabling functions.

  • Identify and oversee business process-driven technology improvements.

  • Recommend, develop, integrate, administer, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards required to provide flexible and cost-effective IT services.

  • Develop work plans for internal projects and identify resource requirements (hardware, software, and network) for the organization to meet its objectives.

  • Analyze data and situations, reason logically and creatively, identify problems, apply creative thinking, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions.

  • Plan short and long-term technology strategies.


2. Assistant Record Keeper

Position: 01

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.

Job Requirements:

The Assistant Record Keeper will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintain proper files along with supporting documents, including applications (approved, rejected, and upcoming payments).

  • Ensure proper indexing to retrieve data as and when required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
