Our client, a well-established public sector company operating in Pakistan, is seeking dedicated, experienced, and highly skilled professionals for various positions. These positions are based in Pakistan.
1. Project Manager
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, contract management, and other applicable areas.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Government Procurement rules and regulations.
- Maximum Age: 50 years.
2. Contract & Procurement Specialist
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical) from an HEC-accredited university.
- Experience in conducting procurement processes for goods, works, and consulting services.
- Expertise in conducting evaluations of proposals.
- Experience in handling public sector procurement processes (SAPRA, PPRA, PPP-Act, FIDIC application law).
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Expertise in preparing and evaluating RFP, PFQ, NIT, and Tender/Bid documents.
- Expertise in legal aspects of procurement will be an added advantage.
- Maximum Age: 50 years.
3. Deputy Manager (Admin & HR)
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from a locally or internationally recognized university.
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Maximum Age: 45 years.
