VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A public sector organization intends to hire individual consultants on a contract basis. Below are the details of the positions, required qualifications, and application instructions.

1 Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09) 1 - ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CPA or a Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MBA (Finance), MS Finance, M.Com).
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in financial management, audit, or accounts.
2 Procurement Specialist (PPS-09) 1 - Bachelor’s Degree (04 years) in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration with at least 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management at national or international levels.
- Master’s degree holders must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in procurement.
- Substantive knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and their application is required.

  1. Recruitment will be based on merit as per the selection criteria.
  2. Duty station: Islamabad, with frequent travel to provinces.
  3. Positions are contract-based.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  5. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.
