VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A Public Sector Organization invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, extendable based on performance and business need.

Available Positions

1. Director General (Capital Emergency Services)

  • Basic Pay Scale: BPS-20
  • Qualification:
    • MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council/PMC.
    • Preference for candidates with National/International certification in emergency and rescue services.
  • Experience:
    • 17 years in the relevant field, in positions equivalent to BPS-17 or above in Government or reputed public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: 45 years
  • Quota: Merit

2. Director (Fire Service)

  • Basic Pay Scale: BPS-19
  • Qualification:
    • Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or Emergency Disaster Management.
    • Preference for candidates with National/International certification in the relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • 12 years in the relevant field, in positions equivalent to BPS-17 or above in Government or reputed public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: 40 years
  • Quota: Merit

3. Director (Emergency Management Service)

General Information and Instructions

  1. Application Submission:

    • Submit applications by mail within 15 days of the advertisement date.
    • Include attested photocopies of educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent photograph.
    • Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.

  2. Age Relaxation:

    • General relaxation of 5 years will be applicable as per Government policy.

  3. Quota:

    • All applicable quotas will be observed per Government policy.

  4. Contract Terms:

    • Initial appointment on a two-year contract, extendable as per requirements.
    • No vested right for regular appointment/regularization.

  5. Shortlisting:

    • Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for a written test/interview.

  6. TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

  7. Original Documents:

    • Candidates must bring original educational and experience certificates with attested copies at the time of the interview.

  8. NOC Requirement:

    • Public sector employees must attach a departmental NOC with their application.
