Resident Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Pay Scale: BPS-18
Qualifications: MSc Electrical/Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 10 years in design/consultancy of electrical and mechanical works; must have completed at least 2 projects with international clients/designers.
Quantity Surveyor
Pay Scale: BPS-17
Qualifications: BE Civil/DAE (Civil)
Experience: Minimum 15 years as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects; must have knowledge of bid evaluation/billing of civil, electrical, and mechanical works, and experience with FIDIC/MES Regulations/MES Schedule of rates.
Planning Engineer
Pay Scale: BPS-17
Qualifications: BSc Civil with P-6 certification from Oracle or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in planning of construction projects; must have completed at least 2 projects with international clients/designers.
Quality Assurance Manager
Pay Scale: BPS-18
Qualifications: MS in Project Management or PMP Certified
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Civil Engineering with a focus on Quality Assurance; strong understanding of construction practices, materials, engineering principles, and international quality management systems/standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
Quality Assurance Engineer
Pay Scale: BPS-17
Qualifications: BSc Civil or a related field, relevant certification (e.g., Quality Management Certificate) preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering with a focus on Quality Assurance; strong understanding of construction practices, materials, engineering principles, and international quality management systems/standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
Laboratory Incharge
Pay Scale: BPS-17
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Material Science, Civil, Geology, or a related field; Masters degree in Material Science/Geology preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years in material testing and quality check; proficiency in using advanced laboratory equipment and testing procedures for all construction materials; knowledge/experience of international Quality Control and Assurance standards.
