A Public Sector Organization requires the services of Pakistani nationals and invites applications for the post of General Manager (Marketing) purely on a contract basis in Islamabad.

Qualification
Minimum Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communication
Experience
Total of 13 years post-degree or more
Minimum of 6 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the service sector
Minimum of 3 years of Managerial experience
Job Description
a) Business Development:

Identify business opportunities
Regular analysis of industry trends and client feedback
Research and recommend creative solutions for various client-markets
Generate business leads from digital platforms and professional client networks
Successfully convert leads into business sales
b) Brand Development and Management:

Establish dynamic and consistent brand development across all marketing platforms
Effectively manage brand awareness, associations, and visibility
Project a positive image in the media
c) Customer Relationship Management:

Engage and strengthen the existing customer base
Generate new clientele
Continuously improve service delivery channels
d) Creating Marketing Collateral:

Design and develop effective and creative marketing collateral for both conventional and digital platforms
Create digital content and develop a digital portfolio of products/services
e) Business Generation:

Ensure that marketing efforts translate into business generation
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Digital Marketing Techniques and managing Digital Media Platforms
Proficiency in MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Personality Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Urdu & English)
High energy level
Sociable persona
Good negotiation skills
Proactive approach to business
Team leadership qualities
