Available Positions:

  1. Project Manager

    • Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering
    • Experience:
      • 7–10 years of field experience in infrastructure.
      • PEC registration is mandatory.
      • Capable of close monitoring of projects.

  2. Electrical Engineer

    • Qualification: B.Sc Electrical Engineering
    • Experience:
      • Well-versed in underground/overhead electrification in renowned housing societies (supervision of underground feeder cable ducts, HT/LT cable laying, and transformer/DB installation according to WAPDA-approved design).
      • 3–5 years of experience in electrical fields like panel installation, high-rise building wiring, and landline systems.
      • Experienced in UPS and AC generator systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  3. Deputy Manager Accounts

    • Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance
    • Experience:
      • 5+ years in bank reconciliation, accounting software, and MS Office.
      • Expertise in QuickBooks.

  4. Senior Quantity Surveyor

    • Qualification: DAE Civil
    • Experience:
      • 5–7 years in high-rise building/infrastructure development.
      • Proficient in IPC, BBS, petty contractor bills, MS Office, AutoCAD, and emailing.

  5. CAD Operator

    • Qualification: DAE Civil/Civil 3D Diploma
    • Experience:
      • 6–8 years in 3D designing, infrastructure work, and town planning.
      • Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and 3Ds Max/Sketch-up modeling.

  6. Assistant Manager BCS (Inspector BCS)

    • Qualification: DAE Civil/Architecture Degree
    • Experience:
      • 3–5 years in supervision and construction, preferably in housing societies.
      • Familiar with bylaws of CDA, RDA, and other authorities.

  7. 3D Visualizer (Male/Female)

    • Qualification: Relevant degree in 3D Modeling
    • Experience:
      • Expertise in high-quality 3D modeling, realistic 3D visualization, and animation.
      • Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Enscape, Blender, Photoshop, etc.

  8. Customer Service Representative (Male/Female)

    • Qualification: FA/BA
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 3 years in handling customer interactions, both incoming and outgoing.
      • Ability to solve routine and complex problems, with documentation and data entry skills.

  9. Data Entry Operator

    • Qualification: Intermediate/I.Com/B.Com
    • Experience:
      • 3+ years in office work.
      • Proficient in MS Office with a typing speed of 40 WPM.

  10. Security Guard

  • Qualification: Matric/FA
  • Experience:
    • Retired from Pak Army (556 Commando) preferred, with a valid weapon license.
    • Maximum age limit: 45 years.
