CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination is seeking applications from qualified and dynamic professionals for various positions under a project. The ideal candidates should possess the relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields. These positions are offered on a contract basis for a duration of 1 year, up to June 30, 2025 (extendable), with market-competitive salaries. The positions are based in Islamabad.

Project Manager (PPS 9) 01 Up to 50 Years Medical Doctor with a postgraduate degree in public health, specializing in health policy and systems development. 10-15 years experience in the health sector at national or international levels.
Finance Manager (PPS 8) 02 30-40 Years Postgraduate degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 10-15 years of experience in financial management. Knowledge of multi and bilateral donor policies and financial systems preferred.
Procurement Manager (PPS 8) 01 30-40 Years Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration with 10 years of procurement and supply chain experience. Understanding of multi-donor procurement policies required.
Admin Officer (PPS 7) 01 30-35 Years Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/MPA with 3-5 years of administrative experience, especially in public/private sectors. Experience in grant management is preferred.
Database Manager (PPS 7) 01 30-35 Years Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. 7 years of experience in data analysis and database management, with knowledge of systems like MySQL, Oracle, and SPSS.
Communication Officer (PPS 7) 01 30-35 Years Master’s degree in Communication/Journalism/Marketing. 5-7 years of relevant experience, including health communication and media planning. Understanding modern trends in communication is required.
Training Officer (PPS 7) 01 30-35 Years Master’s degree in Public Health/Social Sciences with 5-8 years of experience in training and facilitation. Knowledge of learning management software and modern training techniques is preferred.
M&E Officer (PPS 7) 01 30-35 Years Postgraduate degree in Public Health or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in public/private health sectors. Strong reporting and communication skills preferred.
Office Assistant (PPS 5) 01 25-30 Years Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
