Position: Project Director
Project Title: Strengthening of Women University Swabi (New Campus)
Employment Type: Fixed Pay Basis
Duration: One Year (extendable based on satisfactory performance until project completion)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the project titled "Strengthening of Women University Swabi (New Campus)."
- Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of project activities.
- Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders regarding PSDP project management processes.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to the university administration.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

PhD from HEC Recognized University/DAIs
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in a University, Government organization, or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or equivalent.
OR

First Division Degree (18 Years of Education) or Equivalent from HEC Recognized University/DAIs
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a University, Government organization, or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
OR

First Division Degree (16 Years of Education) or Equivalent from HEC Recognized University/DAIs
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in a University, Government organization, or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
Additional Requirements:
- Maximum age limit: 55 years.
- Preferably 5 years of experience in project management or implementation.
- Basic knowledge of project management fundamentals, specifically regarding Government of Pakistan’s PSDP project planning and management processes and procedures.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring and supervision of developmental projects in a reputable public sector University, Government organization, semi-Government, or Autonomous body.
