JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR A PROJECT
Integration of Financial Literacy Content in the National Curriculum of Pakistan

The National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF), Pakistan is hiring for the rollout of a project aimed at integrating financial literacy content into the national curriculum for grades 1 to 12. This project seeks to impart essential financial literacy skills to school children and adolescents across the country. NIBAF invites applications for the following contractual positions, each with a tenure of two years:

Job Title: Project Director (01 Position)

Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualification:

  • 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or any other relevant field.
    Experience:
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Job Title: Manager (Content and Implementation) (01 Position)

Job Title: Manager (Admin and Finance) (01 Position)

Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification:

  • 16 years of education or equivalent in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or professional certifications like CA/ACMA/CPA/CFA/CIMA/ACCA.
    Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Title: Associate Manager (Content and Implementation) (01 Position)

Job Title: Associate Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) (01 Position)

Job Title: Associate Manager (Admin and Finance) (01 Position)

Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification:

  • 16 years of education or equivalent in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or professional certifications like CA/ACMA/CPA/CFA/CIMA/ACCA.
    Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Contract Duration:

  • Initially for two years, with the possibility of an extension for one additional year or until project completion, whichever comes first.
    Salary:
  • Market-competitive salary packages will be offered.
    Travel Requirements:
  • Extensive travel may be required across Pakistan, including to GB and AJK.
