- At least 2nd Class B.E (Civil) from HEC recognized University I Institution with valid PEC registration. ID
- Preference will be given to those having 1st class degree
- Additional qualification will be given due weightage

- At least 10 years' professional experience of Implementation of large project (Including design) having worked with multination- al companies of International repute or worked with Govern- !anent/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization.
- Proven managerial capabilities in Supervision of Construction of Building works, infrastructure and other related works.
- Proven Experience of Rules/Regulation Government contracting procedures for tendering, evaluation execution and procurement etc.
- Proven Experience of working through the Consultant & contractor supervision and preparation of monthly and quarter- ly progress report Candidate having Experience with Public Sector Universities will be preferred.
- Well versed in PEC, PPRA, SPPRA, Planning Commission. Finance and Project Management and other Government rules/ procedures prescribed for the development projects.
- Successful Candidates will be responsible for implementation/execution of all components of the development project as per PC-I provision and as prescribed ToR/Guidelines of Planning Commissionof Pakistan.

- At least 2 years' experience in any Public/Private organization related to Project Documentation.
- Having sound Knowledge of Microsoft Word Office, Excel, Power Point etc
- Letter Drafting Skills.
