SITUATION VACANT

The Directorate General of Archaeology, under the Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from qualified and eligible individuals (Male/Female) possessing Punjab domicile, on an equal opportunity basis, for the following contract-based positions under the ADP project titled:

"Capacity Building of Directorate General of Archaeology"

Project Duration: Upto 30th June 2027 or till the completion of the project (whichever is earlier).

?? Available Positions:

1. Project Coordinator

Project Pay Scale (PPS): 09

Monthly Salary: Rs. 400,000 (Lump sum)

Age Limit: 35 – 50 years

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

Must be registered with PCATP (Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners) or PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council).

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Heritage Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree

Strong background in supervision of development projects, especially those related to heritage management, conservation of historical monuments, and archaeological sites.

2. Digital Documentation Specialist

Project Pay Scale (PPS): 07

Monthly Salary: Rs. 190,000 (Lump sum)

Age Limit: 25 – 35 years

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Certifications or training in advanced digital documentation, 3D scanning, or GIS will be considered an asset.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in:

Digital documentation

3D scanning

Photogrammetry

GIS applications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in heritage sites or archaeological projects.
